All in all good and beautiful location, so close to the main streets of St Ives town, the Normanton interchange where transfer of luggage from and the Town and Beach. The weather was sunny, had very lovely stay twice in one night. A train station was near the venue, I loved it. Everywhere was impeccably clean, room with a lounge and a carpet was really well-appointed and newly renovated. The view of the sea was superb.

Comfortable bed, PLEASANT staff. Staying within 5 minutes’ walk from porthminster beach was a big advantage. The area contains some restaurants like Harbar Kitchen within 5 minutes' walk. The hotel was so close to st ives train station.
